CNA's wake up residents and patients and get them looking their best
They make sure they eat what they want in a timely fashion
They make sure every time they need or want something their wishes are fulfilled to their best ability
They are always there to reassure and comfort their patients or residents to keep them calm
They are the ones doing all the little things for them and sit with them when they just need someone to listen
Getting burnout as a CNA is very common and can happen overtime of being overworked and underappreciated
CNA's are the eyes and ears of healthcare and are the ones taking the blow from rude and combative patients
Burnout can happen to anyone but is very common with CNA's because they are constantly with those patients or residents and usually work long hours to afford basic needs
Burnout can come from being understaffed and having larger work loads for the day constantly
Being able to handle stress throughout the day is something that is well needed because things can get stressful when someone won't comply or is combative
Being able to find the good part of everything because things are going to be hard sometimes and to make that lighthearted is key
Being able to be gentle and quick is very important as well because there's still a job to be done in a timely manner but they're still fragile and old
Stress is also something that effects everyone and can be hard but do be able to manage that and be resilient is very important
