STEP 1: Application & Screening
Interested individuals apply and are screened for availability, skills, and willingness to serve.
STEP 2: Station & Team Familiarization
Trainees meet the media team and learn how each station functions during services.
STEP 3: Media Orientation
Covers the ministry’s vision, mission, values, and expectations for all members.
STEP 4: Media Roles & Focus
Introduces the different media roles to help trainees identify their area of interest.
STEP 5: Equipment Familiarization (The Basics)
Hands-on learning of basic equipment setup, handling, and safety practices.
STEP 6: Choose Station & Deeper Familiarization
Trainees select a specific station and receive guided mentoring.
STEP 7: Observation & Shadowing (1 Month)
Trainees observe live operations and assist senior members during services.
STEP 8: 3 Months Assist (Level-Based)
Trainees start hands-on work with supervision, building confidence and skill.
STEP 9: OJT / Full Involvement
Trainees serve fully during services with minimal supervision.
STEP 10: Evaluation & Induction
Performance and attitude are evaluated; qualified trainees are formally welcomed as official media members.
