HarvMUN is the very first conference hosted by Harvest Collegiate High School in New York City. Consisting of only crisis committees, HarvMUN aims to give delegates an opportunity to debate pressing issues while having fun and keeping conversation light-hearted. HarvMUN stands on the pillars of diversity, sportsmanship, tolerance, and problem-solving. As we jump into a fun day of strategizing, the HarvMUN team hopes that delegates are able to learn from each other and come out of this conference feeling fulfilled.

Frequently Asked Questions
No. Because our crisis committees will be fast-paced and each committee will be fairly small, the HarvMUN secretariat has decided to keep this conference tech-free.
The cost to attend HarvMUN is $10 per delegate. This means each delegation will be paying a total amount equal to the number of delegates in their delegation times ten. For example, a delegation of 20 people will be paying a total of $200. There is no advisor fee or whole-delegation fee.
No, position papers are not mandatory to be eligible for awards at HarvMUN. However, if delegates would like to submit a position paper, they are more than welcome to email position papers to their chairs. Chair emails can be found in the "Letters from the Dais" section of each background guide.
