Week 1: March 11 - March 15
Our second week focuses on your business model. Teams are expected to schedule their first meeting with their Lead Mentors and are encouraged to schedule meetings with Subject Matter Mentors of their choosing.
Monday, March 11:
Connecting with Your Mentor: Teams schedule the first 30-minute meeting with Lead Mentors
Office Hours: Teams can schedule time with Subject Matter Mentors on an 'as needed' basis
Wednesday, March 13, 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM EDT:
Business Model Workshop (90 minutes): An overview of the key elements of a business model; teams will be asked to complete their version for their company.
Peer Mentoring (90 minutes)
As you think about the elements of your business model, what are the elements that are hardest for you to summarize and articulate? Why do you think that is? As you read the answers of your colleagues on this thread, do you have any thoughts that might help them?
