About Mrs. Halverson

Hi, I'm Jessica Halverson.  I am a native of Alabama and an alumna of Hartselle High School.   I joined the faculty of Hartselle City Schools in 2010.  My husband Bryce and I have been married over 25 years and have two girls. Our oldest Emma Kate, is a teacher in Louisiana and our youngest Laura Lee is in college. 

In addition to teaching, I enjoy being outside. Many weekends you will find me and my husband camping and exploring the outdoors. I also enjoy reading and taking care of my animals. I have a siamese cat mix named Marie. I have a mini Aussie Doodle named Bea, who I have trained as a therapy dog and will join me at school at least once a week.  In addition, I have 2 classroom guinea pigs Lily and Lyla.
