Step 3: Get your resource card. Evaluate the resources you brought with you in light of your new location.
Step 4: If desired, you may trade one of your resource cards for a resource card belonging to another group if the other group also agrees to the trade. Remember, each group may trade only once, so trade carefully.
Step 5: If you wish, you may trade one resource card for an unknown resource from my grab bag. Once you make the trade, however, you must stick with whatever you get from the grab bag.

I'm not there with you, on that island, but when you're really in trouble you might think I'm giving you advice. I'm not though. Drink some water, you might be hallucinating.
Choose a leader–quickly. You must all agree to listen to the leader without questioning them.
The leader will come up with the 5 most important rules of your island and how they will be enforced. The leader does this alone and everyone has to listen. The leader will create a copy of this presentation and share in the group members.
While the leader is making up the rules, the group will come up with 5 goals total that will allow you to both survive on the island and eventually escape it. The leader will review the goals and make them match the 5 rules–leader gets final say on everything. The leader may add more goals, but there must be AT LEAST 5 goals.
You must decide how you will best utilize each of the resources you have.
Each group member has to have a job related to your goals and the way you will use your resources.
Before the class is over you must submit this plan on the leader’s Google Classroom. All group members will leave a private comment for who your leader is so that you can have your grade shared.
Each group will present their survival plans. Copy and paste necessary images from the unit website.
