Hartline Transaction Services was founded in 2019 by Vanessa Hartline. Her attention to detail and desire to “do it right” the first time make her work ethic one of a kind and she brings that to the HTS team. With 15+ years of real estate experience, HTS offers top notch services. Their goal is to create the freedom for agents by redefining transaction coordination with our expertise. They love helping agents and clients achieve their real estate goals. HTS excited to offer their skills partnering with Realty Executives Arizona Territory!

Meet the Team!

Vanessa is the visionary behind Hartline Transaction Services. Her goal is to create the freedom for agents by redefining Transaction Coordination and helping provide a work life balance for everyone. She lives in Chino Valley with her husband, Nate and daughter, Serena. She loves working in her garden, crafting and cooking.

Caleb is our resident animal lover, reptiles in particular. He has eight snakes and five cats! He also collects comics and keyboards.  An all around fun guy, he recently started League Bowling, catch him at the Bowling Alley on league days. He is our very own Marketing Coordinator, Graphic Designer, and unlicensed Transaction Coordinator.

When Emily is not diving into work, you’ll likely find her spending time with her husband and two children or unwinding by indulging in her hobbies. She enjoys the therapeutic rhythm of crocheting, creating everything from cozy blankets to intricate designs. Reading is another passion of Emily’s; there’s nothing quite like getting lost in a good book, whether it’s fiction or non-fiction. In essence, she believe in balancing work with moments of creativity, relaxation, and mindfulness. She believes it’s all about finding harmony in the chaos and embracing the simple pleasures that enrich life which make her a great addition to HTS!
