Ms. Bronstad

My name is Stephanie Bronstad.  I am the High School SCI Teacher.  I also coach Junior High Volleyball and High School Softball.  

I attended Buena Vista College for my Bachelor's in Elementary and Special Education.  After graduation, I taught for 4 years in LeMars, Iowa.  I have been teaching at HMS since 2006.  I completed my Master's in Special Education at Morningside.  

I have 3 kids; Madeline, Gabe and Nick.  Madeline attended ISU with a double major in Biology/Animal Science. She works at a vet clinic in Sibley, Iowa and is applying to vet school!    Gabe graduated from USD in Vermillion with a double major in Health Science/Business Admin!   He will be applying to med school in the Winter with an emphasis in Orthopedics. Nick attended Buena Vista University....GO BEAVERS!!!!!  He wrestled for BVU until suffering another knee injury and was working towards an Ag Business degree.  He is currently working at the elevator in town.

We enjoy sports, being outside, and cooking together.
