All athletes MUST have a current physical on file with the nurse's office. Students can bring a copy of their physical to the nurse or their coach. Students can also upload them to Final Forms.
All athletes MUST register on Final Forms to participate. If you played a sport at Bulkeley last year or participated at your middle school for incoming 9th graders, you can log into your Final Forms account and add sports for this school year. If you are new to Bulkeley Athletics, you must have your parent log into Final Forms and create an account.

Students will be provided with transportation from Hartford Public Schools to the location of their practices and games from Great Path Academy. Athletes will be dismissed from class early to get ready and board the bus to their destination at 1:50pm. Student athletes are expected to abide by All Hartford Public Schools bus policies.
In order to participate In athletics at any CIAC school, you are require to meet certain academic criteria.
Maintain a GPA above a 1.7 (2.0 for Boys Basketball)
Be failing no more than 2 classes
Be In good academic standing at the end of each marking period (2 Fs In MP4 will make you Ineligible for the next fall)
