To be used to guide supervisors in completing yearly evaluations for paraprofessionals.
To be used by school and IEP teams to determine need for a paraeducator, as well as a tool for monitoring progress in order to fade need for a paraeducator.
To be used in tandem with Student Independence Rubric as a resource for Paraeducators to know how to support each student they work with, per the student's IEP.
To be used by school teams prior to requesting 1:1 para support for a student.Â
