GO! Santa Clarita
Service Hours
Monday-Friday: 6am-8pm
Saturday: 8am-10pm
Sunday: 8am-9pm
Now operating weekend service!
GO! Santa Clarita provides users with the freedom and flexibility of a traditional ride-share service along with the added benefit of fixed rates and professional drivers. GO! Santa Clarita offers reliable transportation within its service area and conveniently connects riders to key transit locations within the City. You’re just a few clicks away from where you want to be. The City of Santa Clarita is thrilled to expand GO! Santa Clarita to citywide service!
How it Works
It’s simple:
Enter your desired pick-up and drop-off locations and book your ride.
Go to your pick-up location and pay as you board using cash, your TAP card or the Token Transit app.
GO! Santa Clarita works much like other ride-share services. Customers can use the TripShot smartphone app to request a ride that will pick up and drop off passengers within the service boundaries.
Following a trip request, the app will provide passengers with an estimated pick-up time, track their bus in real-time, and be alerted when their ride is about to arrive. Passengers will also be alerted when their ride is about to reach their desired destination.
GO! Santa Clarita customers may also request rides by calling (661) 295-6333. Trips can not be scheduled in advance. While our aim is to provide service within 15 minutes of your ride request, wait times are subject to vehicle availability and demand.
The drop off window is an estimate based on your desired pick-up time and destination. Because this is a ride-sharing service, actual drop-off time may vary due to demand. If you must arrive at your destination at a specified time, we recommend planning your trip to include a time cushion.

Suicide Prevention Lifeline
If someone you know is struggling emotionally or having a hard time, you can be the difference in getting them the help they need. If you think they need help, please make the choice to save a life by using one of these resources. If the situation appears to be an emergency then call 911, or go take the person to the Emergency Room. It’s important to take care of yourself when you are supporting someone through a difficult time, as this may also stir up difficult emotions. If it does, please reach out for support yourself, as well.
