To simplify communications, if your child will be absent from a practice, game, or event, please use the Google form to alert us. You will not need to notify us in any other way.
In order to participate in our program, you need to have an up to date physical on file with us and our on-campus athletic trainer every school year. You may opt to have the physical with your own primary care physician (must be signed by a M.D. or D.O.).
You may also choose to complete the physical on campus through our MSA program on May 21st between 3:15-3:45
