PHYSICALS MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO PARTICIPATING!

Athletic Clearance Website 

 Athletic Clearance must be completed prior to the beginning of the season!   Click on the link in the title above, choose California, and complete and upload necessary documents.

Physical Exam should be completed prior to tryouts, and Athletic Clearance submission should be completed by December 18th!!!
