CADA Camp 2021

Thanks for signing up for CADA Leadership Camp! Here are the following resources you will need:

• Fill out this Virtual CADA Camp Online Information Form. This gives all the necessary information to CADA Central so you can get your son or daughter registered. In the drop-down menu on the first page, make sure you select RIO NORTE JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL as your school.

• Once you have filled out the registration form, you'll need to make payment with CADA Central. You have two payment options:

  • • CREDIT CARD OPTION: Call CADA Central at 831.464.4891 and give them your credit card info by phone. They'll ask you for your school (Rio Norte Junior High School) and the name of your advisor (Ron Ippolito), OR

    • CHECK OPTION: Mail a check payable to "CADA Central" with your camp fee ($250 for Premium; $100 for Standard). Include "Rio Norte JHS" on the memo line, and a printout of our email confirmation included in your envelope. Mail to: CADA Central, 3121 Park Avenue, Suite C, Soquel, CA 95073
