ASB is a leadership class at Rio Norte that focuses on creating different events, moments, and experiences for students to feel connected on campus. ASB students are in charge of the brainstorming, planning, and execution of several types of events on campus. Some examples of these events include Summer Check-In, school dances, spirit days, LTAs, fundraisers, the 6th Grade Jamboree, and Open House.
Rio Norte ASB takes great pride in gathering together a group of hard working seventh and eighth graders committed to making their school a better place by serving others. ASB works during summer, before school, during breaks, after school, in the evenings, and on weekends organizing activities for both the school and the community. Students in ASB work a minimum of five hours outside of class time per quarter in service to the school and community. GO RIVER HAWKS!
