1. Apply! Applications are due by 11:59 pm Friday, April 17, 2026. 

Current 6th graders:

• Fill out this google form  

• Get 1-2 recommendations using this Google Form (also due by Friday, April 17th). 

  • One from your 6th grade teacher, and one from another adult (coaches, previous teachers, pastors, but no family members). 

Current 7th graders:

• Fill out this google form 

• Get 1-2 recommendations using this Google Form (also due by 11:59 pm Friday, April 17th).

  • One from one of your current teachers, and one from another adult (coaches, previous teachers, pastors, but no family members). 

2. Interview! 

• Group Interview will take place at Rio Norte from 3:45-5:30 pm on Wednesday, April 29. Everyone who applied should be at this interview in order to be considered. 

• Please note that this is a group interview. Plan to stay at Rio Norte from 3:45-5:30 pm.

• The group interview will consist of a group task and presentation.

•  The 2nd round of interviews will be on May 6th, you will be assigned a time if you make it to the 2nd round.  

• We will be having a mandatory team building/Training  event on July 31st from 8:00 am- Noon. This is required for ALL ASB students. 

3. Look for selection results!

• Rio ASB selection results will be posted to the Rio Norte ASB website on by 3:00 on Thursday, May 14, 2026.
