Three nights per week
1. Planks (30 seconds x 3)
2. Push ups (3 sets of 10 reps)
3. Curl Ups (3 sets of 20 reps)4. Jog, swim, bike, etc (20 minutes)Â
Create a list of 6-8 exercises
Go through the list twice
Do the first exercise for 30 seconds, then rest for the next 30 seconds
Move on to the next exercise for 30 seconds, then rest for 30 seconds
Repeat until you finish the list
Do it again for a second round
(You can do a different time...for example 20 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest OR 1 minute of work and 30 seconds of rest)
