IMPORTANT SENIOR MESSAGE

SENIOR SURVEY

Please take a moment to fill out this very brief SENIOR SURVEY.  Your responses are incredibly helpful and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know your future plans.    

SENIOR HONOR SCHOLARS - LIST ATTACHED HERE 

Upon the completion of the 7th semester, students who have earned a cumulative, weighted GPA of 4.0, or higher, are considered Senior Honor Scholars.  Senior Honor Scholars will be recognized for their outstanding academic achievement by receiving a medallion to be worn at the graduation ceremony along with their red cap and gowns.  Medallions will be given to Senior Honor Scholars at cap and gown distribution after the senior meeting. 

SENIOR AWARDS 

We are so proud of all of you and would like to share your successes!  The annual Senior Awards Night will occur on Tuesday, May 27th at 6:30 p.m. in the Hart Auditorium.  This evening will recognize senior students who have received special awards and honors.  Invitations will be given to seniors early in May.  Seniors should arrive NO LATER THAN 6:00 p.m. to the event.

SENIOR BREAKFAST & YEARBOOK SIGNING 

We will be having our senior breakfast and yearbook signing on Thursday, May 29th, starting at 9:00am. Breakfast will be served in the quad area in front of the Administration Office. 

YEARBOOK UPDATE 

Yearbooks are available for pre-order! They must be purchased online at yearbookordercenter.com with a school code of 6848 before April 12th, 2025. Starting May 1st Yearbooks will be available to purchase using Cash or Check (Checks made out to Hart ASB - Memo "Yearbook") in Room P3. Yearbook distribution will happen prior to graduation. Yearbooks are limited, make sure to purchase yours before they run out! Visit our website, www.HartYearbook.com, for information, contact forms, and access to purchase images taken by our photography team.  

SENIOR SUNSET

Senior Sunset will take place on Wednesday, May 28th, from 7pm-8:30pm. Come enjoy free food and our beautiful sunset activity.

SENIOR MEETING

This is a MANDATORY informational meeting for all seniors. Those who do not attend will NOT participate in the graduation ceremony.

Tuesday, June 3rd, 2025 - 10:30 am in the Hart High Gymnasium

This meeting will discuss the traditions, protocol, and expectations regarding graduation. 

PRIOR to the meeting, on Thursday, May 29th, 2025, all textbooks must be turned in and all delinquencies cleared.

To participate in graduation and to receive your cap & gown, you must sign and return the graduation participation agreement at the conclusion of the senior meeting. Please stop by the Assistant Principal's Office if you need another copy of the graduation participation agreement.

GRAD NIGHT 

Grad Night - 2025 will be held at Universal Studios on Friday, May 30th, 2025.  Cost is $145.00.  Please see Ms. Becerra in the ASB Office for permission slip and payment.  Payment sources such as Cash, Credit Card, and Check are all accepted.  Let's have some Fun!!  PLEASE visit the attached link for more information - Grad Night - 2025

CAPS AND GOWNS

Caps and gowns are still available to order. Visit Jostens to place your order.

Caps & gowns, as well as honor scholar medallions, will be available for pickup at Hart HS on Tuesday, June 3rd, immediately following the senior meeting.

For information about cords, stoles and medals, contact your club or group advisor.

The cap and gown are to be worn for graduation night.  Every effort should be made to have your gown neatly pressed before it is worn to graduation. 

DECORATING YOUR CAPS!

Hart Seniors, Class of 2025!  You may decorate your caps this year!

Decorations must meet school dress-code policy and may not be three-dimensional.  We can’t wait to see you again on June 4th with your gown and decorated caps.

NAME PRONUNCIATION

During the graduation ceremony, each student's name will be read aloud. To be sure your name is pronounced correctly, please fill out this form for the name readers.  NAME PRONUNCIATION

CLEARANCE/DELINQUENCIES 

Informational Library, textbook, and hotspot notices will be emailed to Seniors beginning May 9th.

All library books are due by May 16th.

Textbook materials are due after the final exam period for each class.  Hotspots are due after your last final exam.

• LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR PROMPTLY TO RECEIVE YOUR DIPLOMA.

Pay textbook/library fines in the Library.  All other delinquencies are to be paid in the ASB Office.

TRANSCRIPTS

Seniors are responsible for requesting final transcripts for any college or university.  It is recommended that requests be submitted to the Registrar’s Office before May 23rd, 2025.  Transcripts will be mailed by June 27th, 2025.  Final transcripts will be issued only if delinquencies are cleared.
