Upon the completion of the 7th semester, students who have earned a cumulative, weighted GPA of 4.0, or higher, are considered Senior Honor Scholars. Senior Honor Scholars will be recognized for their outstanding academic achievement by receiving a medallion to be worn at the graduation ceremony along with their red cap and gowns. Medallions will be given to Senior Honor Scholars at cap and gown distribution after the senior meeting.
We are so proud of all of you and would like to share your successes! The annual Senior Awards Night will occur on Tuesday, May 21st at 6:30 p.m. in the Hart Auditorium. This evening will recognize senior students who have received special awards and honors. Invitations will be given to seniors early in May. Seniors should arrive NO LATER THAN 6:00 p.m. to the event.
We will be having our senior breakfast and yearbook signing on Wednesday, May 22nd, starting at 9:00am. Breakfast will be served in the quad area in front of the Administration Office.
Yearbooks are available to pre-order! They must be purchased online at yearbookordercenter.com with a school code of 6848. Currently, yearbooks are available to purchase for $125. Starting May 13th, yearbooks will be available to purchase with cash or check (made out to Hart ASB) in room C-1. Please visit with Mrs. Ramirez for this particular option, however, online is easiest. Lastly, yearbook distribution will begin for seniors starting Friday, May 10th in C-1 during lunch, and for all underclassmen starting May 13th. There will be no distribution during class time.
Senior Sunset will take place on Thursday, May 23rd, from 7pm-10pm. Come enjoy free food and our beautiful sunset activity.
This is a MANDATORY informational meeting for all seniors. Those who do not attend will NOT participate in the graduation ceremony.
Friday, May 24th, 2024 - 11:00 am in the Hart High Gymnasium
This meeting will discuss the traditions, protocol, and expectations regarding graduation.
PRIOR to the meeting, on Thursday, May 23rd, 2024, all textbooks must be turned in and all delinquencies cleared.
To participate in graduation and to receive your cap & gown, you must sign and return the graduation participation agreement at the conclusion of the senior meeting. Please stop by the Assistant Principal's Office if you need another copy of the graduation participation agreement.
Grad Night - 2024 will be held at Universal Studios on May 10th, 2024. Cost is $140.00. Please see Ms. Bacerra in the ASB Office for permission slip and payment. Caps & gowns, as well as honor scholar medallions, will be available for pickup at Hart HS on Friday, May 24th, immediately following the senior meeting.

The cap and gown are to be worn for graduation night. Every effort should be made to have your gown neatly pressed before it is worn to graduation.

Decorations must meet school dress-code policy and may not be three-dimensional. We can’t wait to see you again on May 28th with your gown and decorated caps.
During the graduation ceremony, each student's name will be read aloud. To be sure your name is pronounced correctly, please fill out this form for the name readers. NAME PRONUNCIATION
Informational Library, textbook, and hotspot notices will be emailed to Seniors beginning May 10th.
All library books are due by May 17th.
Textbook materials are due after the final exam period for each class. Hotspots are due after your last final exam.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR PROMPTLY TO RECEIVE YOUR DIPLOMA.
Pay textbook/library fines in the Library. All other delinquencies are to be paid in the ASB Office.

Seniors are responsible for requesting final transcripts for any college or university. It is recommended that requests be submitted to the Registrar’s Office before May 24th, 2024. Transcripts will be mailed by June 28, 2024. Final transcripts will be issued only if delinquencies are cleared. Transcripts can only be requested online through Xello.
