Summer Session Interest Form
IMPORTANT: Please contact your current school counselor prior to filling out the interest form. They have information regarding credits to help students choose the best classes or programs for the summer.
1. Current High School & 8th Graders
After submitting the Interest Form, you will receive an ONLINE REGISTRATION form from Opportunities for Learning (OFL).
You MUST complete OFL REGISTRATION to complete enrollment into all Summer Sessions.
The form will ask for the classes you would like to take.
**REMINDER - You can only take a maximum of 10 credits during Summer School. Once you have submitted the form, your counselor then will confirm your choices.
**HEALTH CLASS CHANGE - is now being offered only ONLINE.
This class will be a 5 credit class.
This class is 20 days
As you will see on the Application, there are 2 parts to Summer School Registration:
Hart District Google Form (links Above)
OFL Registration Process (OFL will contact you within a week of completion of Step 1)
Once you have completed both the Google Form and OFL process, then you will be scheduled in Infinite Campus in June. Your student’s teacher will reach out to you by June 28th for class participation instructions.
