Welcome Placerita Families 

Welcome future Placerita Parents and Students!  Placerita would like to make your transition to Junior High as easy and stress free as possible. IIf you are in need of an enrollment form please contact Mrs. Martinez, School Registrar, at smmartinez@hartdistrict.org.  Once completed, return the forms to Placerita Jr. High School between 7:00 a.m. -  2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.  If you have any questions please contact Mrs. Martinez at (661)259-1551 ext. 2001.
