Grades

Check grades with Infinite Campus on a regularly. Grades will be updated on a regular basis. Both students AND parents/guardians should check Infinite Campus often.

9 Ways to Improve Your Grade and be Successful:

1. Keep track of assignment due dates by either writing in your student planner or checking the online class calendar daily.

2. Complete all assignments on time, neatly, and to your best ability.

3. Follow directions, and ask for help when you need it. Come in for extra help during teacher availability.

4. Turn in late work if you miss an assignment due date.

5. Review your grades on Infinite Campus often and compare them to your returned work.

6. Maintain an excellent, neat, and updated interactive notebook. Use your interactive notebook as a tool to help you study for tests/quizzes and to complete projects, essays, or individual assignments.

7. Be present both physically and mentally. It is immensely important that you come to school daily and actively engage in the day's lesson. Should an absent be unavoidable, be sure to obtain and complete absent work according to established policy.

8. In order to do well on assessments such as tests, quizzes, or timed writing, you will need to devote time to learning the material outside of the classroom. Should a voluntary review session be offered, be sure to attend.

9. Behave respectfully. Inappropriate behavior detracts from vital learning time and will not be tolerated.
