Starting a club

• Must have a minimum of 15 physical signatures of interest to start

• Must submit a physical application form and a physical interested members form to the envelope at the bulletin board

• Must submit a club constitution (online only)

• Must participate in the Club Rush event

Creating an application & constitution

• Attend a mandatory interest meeting at the start of the fall semester to join the Club Google Classroom

• The Google Classroom will have all necessary information and documents to apply for a club

• Clubs can only be started in the Fall Semester and ASB & Dr. Fine must approve your club before club meetings can be held

Club meeting guidelines

• Advisors must always be present during meetings

• An officer (usually the secretary) must fill out Meeting Minutes and the attendance form. They must be submitted to Mrs. Perkins and Mikaila White (Director of Activities) 

• Must have at least 8 consistent members (including officers)
