"How can I start a club at AOC?"
Starting a club
Must have a minimum of 15 physical signatures of interest to start
Must submit a physical application form and a physical interested members form to the envelope at the bulletin board
Must submit a club constitution (online only)
Must participate in the Club Rush event
Creating an application & constitution
Attend a mandatory interest meeting at the start of the fall semester to join the Club Google Classroom
The Google Classroom will have all necessary information and documents to apply for a club
Clubs can only be started in the Fall Semester and ASB & Dr. Fine must approve your club before club meetings can be held
Club meeting guidelines
Advisors must always be present during meetings
An officer (usually the secretary) must fill out Meeting Minutes and the attendance form. They must be submitted to Mrs. Perkins and Mikaila White (Director of Activities)
Must have at least 8 consistent members (including officers)
