Upcoming senior/graudaiton events:
June 4, Wednesday - Diploma Pick Up, 9:00am to 10:30am in the drive through drop off lane in front of school
Caps and Gowns are ordered through our partner Jostens.
If you ordered a cap and gown but did not pick it up yet, you can come after school Weds - Thurs 3:00pm to 5:00pm, or Friday 2:30pm to 4:00pm. At the gate let them now you would like to get your cap and gown. We will get to it, and get it out to you as soon as someone can.
Honor Cords for exceptional service in a club, organization or team
Honor cords are planned, ordered, and distributed by the organization. Questions should be directed to the club or organization leadership, and/or faculty advisor.
Graduation Tickets
There is no charge for tickets. They are distributed at Student Cap & Gown Meeting
Tickets come organized in bundles of 10. A student whose family does not need all 10 can give the extras to a student who needs more than 10. This solves the majority of ticket needs each year. If a family still needs more after that point, then the student can pick up additional tickets after graduation practice. After practice, students can get up to 5 additional tickets each time through the line, until all needs are met or we run out of tickets.
The Graduation ceremony will be streamed live on the internet during the ceremony.
It will not be available for playback.

Special note:
We urge you to not buy from vendors in the parking lot. Vendors in the parking lot & streets are not licensed, are not approved by our schools, and none of their money benefits the school in any way.
We partner with vendors stationed inside of the stadium, purchases from these approved vendors do benefit the school. Also available are amazing gift mugs with the seniors names on them.
Student Conduct and Participation in the Ceremony
Graduates are to be courteous during the entire ceremony event and are to refrain from any behavior/activity which is disruptive, distracting, or dangerous
Graduates are not to carry anything with them into the ceremony except for: cap/gown/tassle, wallet/ID, phone, keys
Graduates who appear to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any controlled substance (OR are in possession of any of the above) will not be able to participate in the ceremony event.
Stoles and other decorating regalia is limited to approved items. Graduates may wear items during the ceremony that are distributed through the school or US military organization. For example, cap, gown and tassel, honor cords and stoles distributed through the school.
Stoles depicting world national flags representing family heritage are permitted, within school dress code.
Please, keep leis for before and/or after the ceremony. This includes leis made of flowers, money, candy etc. and also kukui nuts. These are beautiful items, especially for photos, but they significantly burden and delay our security check-in process.
Any decorations on the graduation cap must meet the guidelines and be reviewed before the start of the ceremony. If a cap is not approved, then the student will participate in the ceremony without a cap.
Spike heels are not permitted onto the track or the field. Students will not be able to wear them into the stadium.
If a student violates any of the above conduct standards, they will not be able to participate in the ceremony and will be removed. The student and parent/guardian will need to attend a conference with school administration during the week after graduation to determine the conditions under which the diploma will be awarded.
Some students create their cap decoration ahead of time. The mortarboard on the graduation cap measures 9.5" square.
