No, you can participate without a chromebook. You will need your HRCS Cougar mail account when you submit your evidence. All students have a cougar email account, you can talk to your A.T. to get details. You can log into the student Cougar Email and access Google Apps with your HRCS Cougar account.

2) Complete the form for "Become a Badge'r" & Submit

3) Watch your email for dirctions to pick up your first 3D badge & keyring

You do not need to be present to win the drawing. The winners will be posted on the badge website, so check back after AWR week. You may see new badge options offered as well. The winners will also receive an email.

Check your email for updates. When you earn a badge the directions for retrieval will come directly to your student email. Be sure to Watch your email!

If there is a problem with your submission that needs to be addressed, (you forgot a step for example) an email with the issues will be sent.

Great news! Whenever you submit and earn a badge, you also are automatically entered into the drawing. The drawing resets monthly, so each month is a new opportunity for new badge earners.

The #BadgeUp team wants to reward and encourage student achievement! Each badge must include criteria for earning the badge and a means to measure the criteria from the earner through submission of evidence. If you have a great idea please email badge support with your idea.

1. Be sure to include the badge goal (how would your idea encourage students to improve a skill or grow academically)
2. The criteria of the badge (Outline: The student will...)
3. The category it covers (example: math, science, art etc...)
4. The steps for submitting the evidence and meeting all the criteria (example: submit a document with a screenshot, slideshow, or a video, etc...)

Each month during AWR week there will be a drawing for prizes. Each badge submission earns a "ticket" for the drawing. You are automatically entered when you submit a badge! The drawing begins fresh each month so try to earn another badge or two each month following AWR week. You do not need to be present to win.
