An extended warm welcome to Harrow International School Bangkok.
Dear Students, Coaches, Colleagues, and Parents,
It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to Harrow International School Bangkok and the beautiful country of Thailand for the SEASAC Division 1 11-a-Side Football Championships 2025. We are honoured to host such a prestigious event and are thrilled to share this memorable experience with you all.
This weekend, we proudly welcome 14 boys’ teams and 10 girls’ teams, making this the largest SEASAC football event to date. Over recent years, we have seen tremendous growth in both the quality and competitiveness of 11-a-side football, and our team has worked tirelessly to create a truly special weekend of sport.
A special note of appreciation goes to our friends at Bangkok Patana School for their partnership and generosity in co-hosting this event. To stage over 80 matches in just two and a half days is no small task, and this collaboration is a shining example of what makes SEASAC such a unique and supportive conference. Thank you to Ms Alice Curwood and Mr Billy Osborne for your collegiality, professionalism, and unwavering support.
To the athletes, we wish you every success throughout the tournament. Your hard work, dedication, and sportsmanship have brought you to this moment, and we look forward to witnessing the incredible skill, teamwork, and determination you will bring to the pitch. Remember — play hard, play fair, and represent your school and yourselves with pride and respect.
To our parents, coaches, and supporters, thank you for being part of this celebration of sport. Your encouragement and enthusiasm create an atmosphere that lifts every player. For those unable to be here in person, we’ve arranged live streams so everyone can share in the excitement, whether for enjoyment, evidence, or highlight reels.
A gentle reminder that the referee’s decision is final — the live stream is a privilege to enjoy, not a tool for review. Let’s all uphold the SEASAC values of integrity, respect, camaraderie, and excellence, ensuring the spirit of the competition remains as strong as the play on the field.
We hope your time at Harrow Bangkok will challenge, inspire, and reward you, and that you leave with lasting memories of Thailand’s warmth and hospitality.
Thank you to everyone who has contributed to making this weekend possible. Let’s hope the weather stays kind and that we all enjoy a safe, spirited, and unforgettable tournament.
I look forward to seeing you out on the fields.
Yours Sincerely,
Sam Lewis
