Taijah won first place, Zanam second, and Shrushty third, making the event a huge success and unforgettable for everyone.
Now that the weather is getting colder and the nights darker please make sure that your child has a warm winter coat. We ask that they are of a dark colour (preferably navy or black) with some fluorescent strips. No coat should be obviously branded. For additional warmth, children are allowed to wear base-layers in white, navy or black underneath their uniform. Woollen hats, scarves and gloves are permitted, once again in dark colours. Girls can wear either skirts or trousers. Skirts must be between the knee and ankle.
All children are expected to wear the complete Harrow High School, which includes the navy v-neck jumper for everyday and the navy tracksuit top for PE. Childen should not wear their navy v-neck jumper with their PE kit. Those that do will be asked to correct it. Please contact the school office if you need assistance. We can provide 'preloved' jumpers and tracksuit tops.
Uniform is available from Pullens, 48-50 Church Road, Stanmore, HA7 4AH. You can also order them online at www.uniform4kids.com but please order early to allow time for delivery.
Please make sure that all uniform items are clearly labelled with your child's name.
On the 7th October, Year 10 learners visited the Natural History Museum to gather inspiration, take photographs, and conduct research for their GCSE Art coursework. It was a fantastic opportunity to explore new ideas and connect classroom learning with real-world creativity.
The Year 11 Geography fieldwork trip to Stratford, East London was a great success. Students displayed exemplary behaviour throughout the day, representing Harrow High School with maturity and enthusiasm. Their positive attitude and respect for both staff and the public created an excellent impression and ensured the day ran smoothly.
Learners took part in a range of urban regeneration investigations, collecting primary data on land use, environmental quality, and perceptions of redevelopment around the Olympic Park. A particular highlight was the way students conducted interviews with members of the public, showing confidence, politeness, and professionalism. They gathered thoughtful and detailed responses, which will significantly enrich their data and analysis.
Throughout the day, students demonstrated excellent engagement with the fieldwork process — asking insightful questions, applying classroom knowledge, and showing genuine curiosity about how regeneration has transformed Stratford. The quality of data collected was fantastic and will provide a strong foundation for their Paper 3 (Geographical Applications) examination in summer 2026.
Overall, the trip highlighted the maturity and high levels of engagement of our GCSE Geography cohort. Their conduct and commitment were a credit to both themselves and the school.

Head of Humanities
Learners attended the New Scientists Live STEM trip, enjoying a talk on memory retention and visiting stands from universities and employers across fields like agriculture, quantum computing, medical research, and space technologies. They had the chance to meet professionals and learn about a wide range of STEM careers.
Exciting news! Our A Level students in STEM subjects will now be enhancing their learning through UpLearn, a proud investment by Harrow High School to empower every learner and drive exceptional STEM results.
This half term, we’re celebrating Risathmie, one of our dedicated Sixth Form learners, for earning the title of UpLearn Champion!
She’s topped the charts with the most recorded study hours across our entire STEM cohort — a true example of consistency, focus, and a love for learning.
The Harrow High Careers Fair on Thursday 23rd October 2025 gave learners and their families the chance to explore careers, apprenticeships, vocational training, and further education. Over 40 exhibitors were present.
Visitors spoke with experts, discovered new opportunities, and received practical advice. The event was a great success, helping learners take their first steps to shape their future.
