Anyone that knows me will tell you that cycling is a huge part of my life. It's more than a hobby for me and has taken me to amazing places all over the country. I am passionate about cycling for many reasons:
- Improves mental well being
- Reduces risk of diabetes
- Improves weight loss
- Builds muscles
- Improves cardiovascular system
- Low impact on joints, etc.

I am a Level 1 Certified Interscholastic Mountain Bike Coach and will be working with NICA in the coming year to assist our local middle / high school mountain bike team. I truly believe we need to get more kids on bikes!
