Hello and welcome! My name is Mrs. Kaitlyn Sosnoski, and I am so excited to be joining the fourth-grade team at Pleasant Valley School as an Inclusion Teacher. Growing up in South Jersey, I always knew I wanted a career where I could make a positive difference in the lives of children. In 2025, I graduated from Rowan University with a Bachelor's degree in Inclusive Education, and I couldn't be happier to begin this new chapter at Pleasant Valley School.
My family is the center of my world. My husband, Ed, and I have been married for seven years and are raising our three wonderful children—Mia, Adriana, and Cooper. We also live on a small farm with our llamas and alpacas, so there is always something exciting happening at home! When I'm not in the classroom, you can usually find me spending time with my family, reading a good book, enjoying a day at the beach, shopping, or trying a new coffee shop.
Teaching is truly my passion, and I believe that every child deserves to feel seen, valued, and capable of success. My goal is to help students build confidence, celebrate their unique strengths, and develop a love of learning that extends beyond the classroom. I am thrilled to be teaching alongside Mrs. Zuccato this year, and together we are committed to creating a classroom where every student feels welcomed, supported, challenged, and encouraged to grow.
I cannot wait to get to know each of my students and their families. Here's to a wonderful year of learning, laughter, and making memories together!
With excitement,
Mrs. Sosnoski
