Hello!

My name is Tracy DeAngelo and I am excited to begin another school year as an HTS Reading Interventionist!

Professional Background:

I am a graduate of Rowan University.  Along with my Undergraduate degree in Elementary Education, I have received a Reading certification, Master’s degree in Learning Disabilities, and a Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant certification.  I recently earned my Level 1 Wilson Reading certification during the 2022-2023 school year.  

This makes year 24 for me here at HTS! I have extensive experience with kindergarten learners. Within my role as a Reading Interventionist, I have worked closely with 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade learners. 

Personal Background:

I am mom to Jackson and Bryan.  My oldest son is 19 years old and my youngest son is 14 years old.  Being a Harrison Township resident, I enjoy crossing paths with many former and current students in town.  My interests include watching my boys play sports, visiting MLB stadiums, spinning, and learning!
