Welcome to Speech!

My name is Ms. Maloney, and I am so excited to be your child’s speech-language pathologist this year!

This is my third year at Harrison Township School and my eighth year as an SLP. This year, I will be working with students in preschool and first grade. I am looking forward to continuing speech with some familiar first graders after having them in kindergarten last year! 😁

I grew up in South Jersey and graduated from West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology. I earned my master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from William Paterson University. 

Throughout my career as an SLP, I have worked with students from preschool through eighth grade in both New Jersey and Virginia. In addition to my work at Harrison Township School, I also provide teletherapy services for people of all ages and hold SLP licenses in West Virginia and Arizona.

Outside of school, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, gardening, skiing, and playing tennis. A fun fact about me is that I once participated in the game show The ClassH-Room!
