Meet Ms. Toppi

My name is Annamarie Toppi, and am excited to be your child's ELA Enrichment teacher this year. The 2025-26 academic year marks my 30th year as an educator.   I have attended Temple University and St. Joseph's University.  My teaching career began in Philadelphia, where I taught 6th grade ELA and Social Studies. I've taught Kindergarten, 2nd and 4th grades here at the Harrison Township School District for many years.

      I absolutely love being a teacher and working with so many wonderful students.  I feel privileged to work at Pleasant Valley School, where our staff prides itself on providing our students with the highest quality education anywhere!

     I am the proud mother of three sons, all of which attended Harrison Township Schools.  My oldest son has earned his Doctorate of Pharmacy, my middle son works in the field of CyberSecurity in Tampa, FL and my youngest son attends Rowan University as a Business major and plays on the men's basketball team.  I am delighted to get to know your child and meet you at Open House in September. Let's make this school year a memorable one filled with a love of reading, writing, and learning!
