A weekly math packet is sent home on Mondays & should be returned on Fridays!
Daily "We Writes" are assigned on Google Classroom and should be completed daily. ***More details to come at BTSN
Class Parties: We will have class celebrations for special holidays. Our room parents will plan special parties for these times + will reach out for assistance as needed.
Holidays: If your child celebrates a holiday that we don't typically have off for, please be sure to write it in the parent survey. We would love to learn and celebrate with your child :)
Newsletters: We use S'mores Newsletters to communicate:

Snack: Students will have a healthy snack every morning before lunch. This will be about 10 minutes.
Candy is not allowed
Birthdays: We love celebrating birthdays in our room! Please let me know a few days before your child's birthday if you are sending in a birthday snack. Please be sure to include any supplies (spoons, napkins, plates) that we will need for the celebration.
Please no sheet cakes or ice cream.
We will celebrate summer birthdays on your child's half birthday.
*If you are sending birthday party invitations to pass out in class, please know that our school policy is that all children in the class (or all of the same gender) are invited to the party.
For your child's birthday, I give them:
birthday sticker to wear that day
homework pass
tootie-pop to eat in the classroom
one small toy
***if your child is NOT allowed to have the lolli pop, please let me know by BTSN!
