Hi! My name is Mrs. Hummel, and I am THRILLED to be your teacher! It’s going
to be a fun year filled with lots of learning, laughing, and adventures! I hope you all had a
great summer, but I can’t wait to see what the year has in store for us. I want to know all
about YOU, but first I’m going to tell you a few things about ME.
I went to Stockton University to study very hard, so I could become an Elementary School
Teacher! I even taught a fifth grade class during my student teaching experience; it was
great practice! When I graduated in 2016, I decided to look throughout all of New Jersey
to begin my career as your teacher, and I ended up at Harrison Township Elementary
School where I will meet you!
