If you've ever seen "Shark Tank," you know what you're doing for the pitch phase. You're using the pitch to tell your classmates about your project and find out how they can support and help you. They will also provide feedback to you about your project.
You will be creating a presentation to your class about your project. The presentation should last no more than 3 minutes. You may use whatever format you want (see some suggestions below) but you need to have the following information.
You can present your pitch live to the class, or you can create a video or presentation that you can play for the class. Here are some technology ideas, but if you have other ideas, go for it!
Prezi - Presentations that let you "flow" differently
iMovie - see a teacher for help with this
Powtoon - Create digital animations for video or presentations
Educreations - Draw your own animations and add audio - Use school iPads
Most people are not good presenters. They are boring and they don't engage the audience. They also don't give the audience the information they need or want. Check out these resources below to help improve your presentation skills.
