Mission: The mission of the Harris County Carver Middle School Counseling Department is to provide comprehensive, developmentally appropriate school counseling services to all students in order to provide a safe learning environment, enhance academic, social, emotional, and career strengths, and offer an excellent education for every child in Harris County.
Vision: The vision of the Harris County Carver Middle School Counseling Department is guided by our commitment to provide a safe, supportive environment for all students where the learning community addresses the unique academic, social, and emotional needs of students and collaborates to ensure each student is prepared for life-long success in a global society.
Beliefs: Harris County Carver Middle School Counseling Program believes in educating and empowering students to overcome academic, social, and emotional challenges to equip them for future success.

BTV is our school-wide counseling program that promotes kindness, compassion, and inclusion among all students. This program also allows students to build positive relationships and become role models in the community.
