Pat answered a cold call from us on a snowy March afternoon and met us an hour later. She showed us a bunch of different properties and knows the local area very well. She quickly understood what we were looking for and worked diligently on our behalf. We could not have asked for a better agent!

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Pat!  She is a real professional and knows her stuff.  In her prior profession, Pat was involved in Planning and Community Development and this depth of knowledge and insight is a real asset as she helped us navigate zoning, permitting, real estate law and our whole purchase transaction.  She has an extensive network of colleagues which really helped with home inspections, testing (water and septic), and more.  Moreover, Pat was really fun to work with.  She has a great attitude and sense of humor but was also very pragmatic and honest guiding us to really consider and weigh our options, needs, wants, must haves, etc. Purchasing real estate is complicated and sometimes overwhelming.  Our transaction was being done from a distance and Pat made it easy by doing all the legwork.
