Hi, I'm Josie Guarino-Ettridge

Josie is a former educator with a Master’s degree in Education. She taught elementary school in RSU 1 and RSU 16. Josie calls Bath, Maine home, with her husband and dog, Bruschi. Her passion for real estate began early—some of her favorite childhood memories include searching for homes on the family desktop computer, touring properties with her parents, commenting on value, and spotting potential issues like a pro in training.

After stepping away from the classroom, Josie launched her real estate career as a solo agent with Keller Williams Realty. She quickly built a trusted network, helping friends, family, neighbors, and former colleagues navigate their buying and selling journeys.

In 2025, Josie joined the Harpswell Realty Group—part of Keller Williams Realty—to grow her business and offer even more value to her clients.
