This will be my twelfth year as an educator at Harper Creek Middle School and I am excited to continue being a part of the Harper Creek community!  I am originally from White Pigeon, MI and attended White Pigeon High School. I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts degree from Albion College with teaching certifications for English and psychology in secondary education. I also have a Master's degree in literacy studies from Western Michigan University. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy coaching and working with student athletes, traveling, hiking, camping, and of course, reading!
