Below, you will find the clubs that are being offered for the Winter term 2020, grouped according to each week day. A number of clubs are provided by external organisations and, where possible, we have linked the relevant respective website, Facebook and Twitter pages, to allow you to have a look at what they offer.
All clubs provided by an outside agency should be booked with them directly using their details listed below.

All clubs run by school staff must be booked using your child's School Money account.

In total, our school staff will be facilitating seven clubs, with nine external agencies providing further expertise and opportunity.
- All outside agency and teacher-led clubs will commence on Monday 13th January
- Clubs will pause for two weeks (w/b Monday 10th February - w/e Friday 21st February) for P1-P7 Parent-Teacher consultations and Half-Term break respectively.
- Teacher-led clubs will cease on Friday 20th March
- All relevant dates are embedded in the Google Calendar below, with a function enabled to allow parents to add all relevant dates to their personal calendars.

As you are aware, we have invested in the use of Eduspot's 'School Money' system for the collection of payments across the school. This system will now also be the exclusive means of registering for all TEACHER-LED CLUBS. A video tutorial is embedded below (and on our School website) to explain how this process will work.
- Each of the respective clubs will be made available for booking through School Money at 12.00pm on Friday 20th December.
- Registration/Payment for these clubs will close on Monday 13th January at 10.00am
- When you log into your School Money account, you should see only the clubs your child is able to register for. i.e. if your child is in Primary 7, only those clubs will be available to be 'added to the basket'.
- Once payment has been made, please take this as confirmation that your child has obtained a place.

In order to book your child into a club provided by an external club provider, we would ask that you follow the booking process as detailed by each respective club. Both the booking and the payment will be handled exclusively by the club provider. If you have any queries, please make them your first point of contact, not school staff.

MINIVERSITY Creative Learning Club will resume @ Harmony Hill PS in Term 2 from 14th January with the Junior & Senior Clubs. The clubs will run after school on a Tuesday, Juniors 2-3pm open to P2-P3 children & Seniors 3-4pm open to P4-P7 children. Each session touches on a ‘career theme’ where children are given tasks using a variety of different programs such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SCRATCH or Movie Maker. Our new careers this term include YouTuber, Website Designer and Movie Director. The cost for Term 2 is £70 per child and can be paid in 2 x instalments.
