New screening dates have been added!
We are excited about the possibility to serve your child and partner with you throughout the upcoming school year to strengthen your child’s academic and social-emotional growth. Our Early Childhood Program has grown significantly over the past year. We are now able to serve 360 students! With this growth, we now have multiple classrooms at two different district sites. The Harlem School District has four AM and four PM sessions located at Maple Elementary School and five AM and five PM sessions located at Donald C. Parker Early Education Center. Erin Anderson is the Principal of Donald C. Early Education Center and Tammy Poole is the Principal at Maple Elementary School.
With the expansion of this program and to create a more balanced distribution of services, we have had to adjust our boundaries to accommodate these changes. Students who qualify for the program and have an address or bus pick-up/drop-off is in the Maple, Marquette/Machesney, Windsor, or Olson Park home school boundaries, will attend Maple Elementary School for pre-school. If your address or bus pick-up/drop-off is in the Loves Park, Ralston, or Rock Cut boundaries, your child will attend Donald C. Parker Early Education Center.
Each of our teachers are highly qualified and dedicated to building a positive relationship with your child and family.
