The faculty and staff program is designed to foster connection, reflection, and shared learning among educators committed to equity, belonging, and inclusion. Participants will engage in community-building experiences, attend workshops aligned with their interests, and connect in affinity spaces with colleagues across schools. In the afternoon, educators will explore a case study in small groups, followed by guided discussions that invite reflection on individual and school contexts, community needs, and strategies for gathering feedback and sustaining resilience in challenging times.
