3. How We Share Your Personal Data
We do not sell your personal data. We do not disclose your personal data to third parties without a valid legal basis. We may share your personal data with the following categories of third parties:
- Technical service providers. We engage third-party service providers (data processors) to perform functions on our behalf in delivering our Services, such as:
- Crash and error monitoring (Firebase Crashlytics)
- Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase)

We rely on these providers' contractual and technical safeguards to protect your data and process it only for the purposes described in this Policy.
- Advertising partners. We work with Google AdMob to provide advertisements in the game and to measure their effectiveness. 4. International Transfer of Data
Due to the nature of our operations, your personal data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than your country of residence — including the United States, where our service providers (Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebash may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country.

We are committed to keeping your personal data safe. We implement appropriate administrative, technical, organizational, and physical security measures in accordance with applicable laws to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, damagized access, disclosure, misuse, or other unlawful forms of processing.
We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this Policy. Firebase Analytics event data is retained for a limited, configurable period (currently between 2 and 14 months), after which it is aggregated ersonal data on our own servers.

6. Your Legal Rights
Your legal rights regarding your personal data vary depending on your jurisdiction and may include the following:

- Right to lodge complaints. You have the right to lodge complaints about our data processing activities before the competent data protection authorities in your jurisdiction.

Because we do not maintain accounts and cannot identify you from the limited data we hold, some requests may need to be directed to Google as the party that holds the data, or may require you to provide the relevant identifier (such as your Advertising ID). We will respond to your request within the timeframes required by applicable law (typically 30 days).
7. Children's Privacy
Brick Blitz is designed and provided for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or such other age as defined by applicable law in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from, or serve targeted advertisements to, children under this age.
If you believe that we may have personal data from or about a child, or have served targeted advertising to a child in violation of our policies, please contact us at the email below. Upon receiving such a request, we will promptly review the matter and take the necessary steps to delete any personal data collected from a child without verifiable parental consent.
Data Deletion Requests: To request the deletion of data associated with a child's account or device, please email us with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Please include relevant details (such as the device type and approximate date of use) to help us locate and delete the data promptly. We will process your request in accordance with applicable law.
