Deep Hope
My deep hope is that your infant will feel and learn the love of God through our example.
“Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.”
-Proverbs 22:6
“We know how much God loves us, and we have put our trust in his love. God is love, and all who live in love live in God, and God lives in them.”
-1 John 4:16
About me
My name is Regina Thompson and I am the lead teacher for the Infant 2 Forest Room. In the classroom, I go by "Miss Gina". My family moved to Memphis five years ago from Brandon, Mississippi, and we are so glad that we joined the Harding community. I have been teaching at Little Harding for six years. I spent three years working with the two year olds, and this will be my fourth year working with the infants. I have three children who all attend Harding Academy. My daughter is in the eleventh grade and my sons are in eighth and fifth grade. I became a teacher because I really enjoy working with kids. Even before I had kids of my own, I was always caring for other people's kids at an early age. I am so glad that I still have the opportunity to influence young minds!
About me
My name is Tonia Spence and I will be the assistant teacher in the Infant Forest Room on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. In the classroom, I go by "Miss Tonia". I have taught children for twenty-five years, and this will be my eighth year teaching at Little Harding. I taught 4 year-olds before coming to Little Harding where I started working with 2 year-olds. This will be my fourth year with the infants. I have been married for thirty-five years and have two sons who graduated from the University of Memphis. I love a good mystery whether it be a book, movie, play, or mystery theater dinner!
About me
My name is Ashley Hall, and I will be the assistant teacher in the infant 2 Forest Room on Mondays and Fridays. In the classroom, I go by "Miss Ashley". I am a graduate of Harding University. I worked as an assistant teacher in the 3 year-old classroom in 2020, and I was grateful to be back at Little Harding in 2024 working with the toddlers and now the infants. I will be leaving in mid September to pursue my career as a counselor. I love everything about little ones, and I am excited to be with some of the littlest for a while. I consider it an absolute joy to be caring for your child!
