Q: How can I add another child to my account? How can I add another school to my account?
A: If you wish to add another child to your account, you will have to ensure we have your most up-to-date contact information and that you are associated with your child within Infinite Campus. Parent Square will always reflect the most current information we have received from Infinite Campus.
Q: How do I change my password?
A: Please go to https://www.parentsquare.com/signin and click "Forgot Password." Put in your email or phone number and you will be sent a link to reset your password.
Q: Is it possible to contact my child's teacher directly and privately?
A: Contact your child's teacher privately by using our direct messaging tool. On the home page, click on "Messaging" in the left sidebar. From here, you can send a direct message to your child's teacher that only you and the teacher can see.
Q: English is not my first language. How can I receive content in my native language?
A: Language settings are set by the home language preference within Infinite Campus. If you would like to change your language preference within Parent Square, you can do so by contacting us at ParentSquare@harborfieldscsd.org. You can also change the language settings within the Parent Square site on your own by following the directions below if you prefer.
How To Change Language Settings in Parent Square
Log in to your main Parent Square account.
If you are using the web browser: On your home page, click your name and select "My Account." Then, select "Language Settings."
If you are using the mobile app: From your home screen, click the triple bar in the top left corner. Click on "Account," then "Preferences," then "Language."
Select your preferred language and save.
Q: Will I be able to send permission slips and forms through Parent Square?
A: We will be phasing in the features of Parent Square. You will notice more features of Parent Square such as forms and permission slips getting introduced throughout the 23-24 school year.
Q: I am currently using Parent Square as a teacher in a different school district. How do I use Parent Square at Harborfields and continue to use Parent Square in a different district?
A: If you prefer to use the App with both your work and Harborfields account, we recommend that you merge the accounts together. If you would like to keep the accounts separated, you can log into Parent Square using your email or phone number on file.
How to Merge Accounts
Log in to your main Parent Square account.
Click your name in the upper right and select My Account.
Click Combine with another account.
If there are any accounts matching your verified emails, you will see a page appear with information to combine the accounts.
You will be able to toggle between your work account and your Harborfields account.
