We are so glad that you decided to attend the HAPS 2025 Annual Conference! We hope that the app that we have made for you enhances your experience.
To use this year's app you will need to download a container app that houses our app. This container is called YAPP and once you have it installed on your phone or tablet, you will join the HAPS2025 app within Yapp.
This year's app requires that you enter the email address that you used to register for the conference. If you have not registered and paid for the conference, you will not be able to download this year's app.
To download the app to your phone or tablet and navigate to the HAPS2025 app just go to https://my.yapp.us/HAPS2025 You can use this QR code to get there as well!
As you enter the HAPS 2025 app, you will be shown the Private App screen. This screen requires you to enter the email that you used to register for the conference in order to proceed. You can create an account at this stage and make a profile that you can share with other conference attendees through the app. Making an account also makes it easier to log in from multiple devices.
Once you enter the app, the first screen you will see is ACTIVITY STREAM. Below that you will see a navigation menu. The SCHEDULE is split up by day to make the navigation easier. Clicking on individual events will give you the option to have that event added to your personal schedule. Choosing PRESENTERS gives you a list of all workshop and poster presenters. Clicking on a single presenter gives you a list of their presentations and email.
Clicking on the MORE icon opens up a menu of additional features in the app. SPONSORS and EXHIBITORS are the first two and give you a way to see who is here sharing their products with us, and where you can find them in the Exhibits Hall. SCHEDULE CHANGES will be important once the workshops begin on Saturday - this will be our official way of communicating with attendees.
The PEOPLE - ADD YOUR PROFILE section is where you can share your profile with other conference attendees (this is not done by default, you have to actively share your profile).
