Hello Families! My name is Miss Erica Autiero and I am very excited to have the opportunity to teach your child! I feel fortunate to witness and foster their growth academically, socially and emotionally. Having a strong parent-teacher relationship is crucial to a successful school year. Homework
Homework
Homework is to be completed every night and returned the following day. Please let me know if your child ever has difficulty with the homework. Homework is always a reinforcement of skills taught in school.
Monday: Speller's Choice Menu & Math
Tuesday: Memory Words sentences & Math
Wednesday: Math
Thursday: Speller's Choice Menu & Math
Friday: No Homework
Fluency Folder: Your child will keep a red "Fluency Folder" in their backpack. It will travel to and from school daily. The folder will contain a poetry notebook and short readings from the Superkids program. Fluency is gained when familiar text is reread. Please read from the folder often.
