If you had your portrait taken with Upstate Images: SELECT your yearbook headshot on the Upstate Images website using the QR code from your session. See Mrs. Rowland if you need help accessing your portraits.

If you had your portrait taken with a different professional photographer: SELECT your yearbook headshot and ask your photographer to email it to Mrs. Rowland (lrowland@hannibalschools.org)

BUT WAIT! I had my Senior portrait taken by a professional photographer that I hired. What do I do?

YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER MUST EMAIL your portrait for the yearbook to Lyndsey Rowland at lrowland@hannibalschools.org by 12/1/25.

The yearbook reserves the right to deny portraits that are not suitable for the yearbook. Your portrait must follow these requirements:

Must be taken by a professional photographer.
Appropriate clothing; Casual Business Attire is highly encouraged. Please avoid wearing strapless tops, hats, hoodies and t-shirts.
Portraits taken with hats will NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Your portrait must be a headshot (shoulders, head). Full body shots will NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Your portrait must have a traditional background. (studio if possible- soft, subtle tones of gray or blue)
DIGITAL FILES ONLY- In color, jpeg format at 300dpi resolution.
Print size ratio: 2x2.5 inches- Portrait orientation only

PLEASE CONSIDER also having your portrait taken by Upstate Images so you have options to choose from!
