Meet Sarah Swett:

I am excited about the opportunity to teach your first-grader this year! It is my desire that God would use me to help your child develop an excitement for learning and love for Christ. I am confident that through our teamwork and Christ's faithfulness, we will see growth in so many ways this year: academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.

Finally, our theme this year is Warriors - The Armor of God.  Our theme verse is found in Ephesians 6:11 “Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes."  This theme and verse remind us that as followers of Christ, we have an enemy (the devil).  However, Christ Jesus, our Lord and Savior, has given us His armor (salvation, righteousness, truth, the gospel of peace, His Word, and faith) to stand in His victory against the devil's schemes and strategies.  As we live for Christ, seeking Him first, we have victory even in the most difficult of times.
