Hello! I'm Mrs. Voorhees. I have been teaching in the Hancock

School District for the past 37 years and I am currently teaching second

grade. I enjoy working with young children and helping

them learn. I earned my elementary education degree from the University of MN Morris.

My husband is a farmer. We live about 8

miles south of Benson. We have three children.

My goal is for all my students to enjoy learning, to become self-motivated

learners, and to be successful life-long learners.
